As a lululemon member, there was a special week where studios were offering free classes to members so I took a chance and signed up for a free class here. I did not know what to expect at all as all I knew about it was that it was a free fitness class and was pleasantly surprised! Workout format wise bring tennis shoes though I do think the class could be taken barefoot because a lot of the exercises today didn’t require jumping. Equipment wise they provide you a square mat with numbers on it where the teacher will tell you where to place your hands/feet, a small padded yoga mat, two booty bands, a small hand towel and a resistance band. The equipment is nicely packed in cute white baskets that you pick up and bring into class. No assigned mats. They also have weights on the wall. The workout today consisted of Pilates and HIIT had a baby. We rotated through exercises using the booty bands and resistance bands and focused on core, biceps, triceps and of course booty. Class was about 50 minutes long with 45 minutes for exercise with stretching another 5 minutes. I think this place would be great for people getting back into exercise, pregnant etc. I did see some very fit people in class as well. This was certainly not the hardest workout I have done, but was great to get my heart rate up and body moving. I also appreciated the instructor who pretty much did the whole workout with us to demonstrate but still went around and tried to correct when we were lost. Studio amenity wise they have beautiful bathroom and showers. Parking is free as located in strip mall. Price wise they do have a special currently where it’s 3 classes for $36 which I think is a great deal!

I’ve been a member at PVOLVE for almost 3 months now and it’s been great! I started off just wanting to try out the method and quickly realized how beneficial it is. From weight training, to sculpt, and cardio; all the classes and instructors are wonderful. The front desk girls are always helpful and encouraging! A perfect workout for busy and active individuals💪🏽❤️

I have absolutely loved my experience at Pvolve. Every class feels different, which keeps workouts fun and motivating instead of repetitive. All of the instructors are amazing at making sure everyone is doing the movements correctly and safely, and they create such a welcoming environment. It’s the perfect balance of strength training and mat Pilates. The staff is always friendly, and they also do fun pop-ups and collaborations with brands like Vuori and other local Austin businesses/events. Such a great community and workout studio!

I’ve had such a great experience at Pvolve! The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and make every class feel welcoming and effective. I always leave feeling stronger, energized, and motivated to come back. The studio is clean, friendly, and has such a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend!
