SCULPT: CARDIO
Combines the targeted sculpting exercises in Sculpt with cardio bursts for a dynamic, full-body workout.
SCULPT: CORE
A focus on deep core activation with a combination of mat work and Pvolve's functional movement.
WEIGHT TRAINING
A mix of heavy weight training and functional movements to build muscle, rev up your metabolism, and improve bone density.
RECOVER
Recover opens up the body and relaxes your muscles, bringing you a sense of total-body relief. Using restorative techniques, you'll reduce soreness, improve mobility and calm the mind and body to unlock max results.

I tried my first Pvolve class in April due to my friend encouraging me to attend with her. In June, I decided to sign up for the 8 classes/mo membership. I have already taken class with all 8 instructors; they are all exceptional! I truly get an awesome workout in every time. The community is welcoming and friendly. I just did my first class at Pvolve, it is so gorgeous there! I felt so comfortable, everyone is so welcoming. The teacher, Ariana, is amazing! I haven’t worked out in so long, longer than I want to admit, and she provided modifications to help me throughout the class so I felt comfortable. I am so motivated to build my balance back up! I can’t wait for my next class. Highly recommend for anyone nervous to head back to a group class.

PVOLVE is AMAZING!!! I am beyond impressed with the studio but also the class itself!! The movements don’t look particularly difficult at first but they really hit the right muscles so you get that deep workout without crazy movement!! I will absolutely be back. This is such an amazing way to move out. Also Ashley (the owner) Hannah (lovely girl at the counter helping me with passes) and Ariana (fitness instructor) are truly the dream team!! Took the introduction and was a great workout. Challenging but the instructor and owner showed how to make modifications. The studio is beautiful and set up with very intentional designs and the staff is very friendly. Only thing is that just be aware that other people may be recording their workout and they don’t care your in frame. That did happen during my workout and made me very uncomfortable and I was told to come back maybe in a few weeks when there will be less influencers recording for social media. Don’t think I’ll be back.
