Been doing the online version for years and finally took it to the studio. The staff, and especially the instructors are so welcoming and kind and motivating, it almost through me off. I am overly cautious about cleanliness as I’ve had gross experiences in Pilates studios that leaves me sus when members are asked to clean their equipment as many don’t which blows my mind. I sweat a lot and noticed it mixed mix with the floor was very dirty almost like mud with other people’s hair and this was the first class of the day. I get there earlier to clean my area before use, otherwise it’s a great space and the workout somehow is way harder than online. I don’t blame the staff at all as it’s a lot going on and members should clean what they use like at the gym.

Looking out into the iconic Hollywood Hills, Pvolve on Melrose Ave. is a total vibe that attracts star quality. The Sculpt & Burn class with Jen was a fun filled intro to this hip, chic, and modern fitness boutique, blending sculpting exercises with cardio bursts. Luxury Pro Tip: Be sure to check out the Infrared Sauna for post-training benefits. Pvolve is a gem for those looking for a diverse and dynamic full-body workout. Can't wait to check out my next themed class!

Pvolve is the best workout I have ever done! I am absolutely hooked on this method, the instructors, and the studio! Two years ago I went to my first class in West Hollywood, and I was blown away. Finally a workout that does it all - functional strength training, cardio, variety, and no damage to your joints! You can literally do a class every single day and each day, the routine is totally different while still being challenging and fun. The West Hollywood studio is centrally located on Melrose Avenue just east of La Cienega. The studio is bright, cheerful, clean, and inviting, and the signature Pvolve mats ensure you're never vying for space like in some workout classes. The specialized equipment Pvolve uses ensures that this is a workout like no other, and you move in every plane of motion to get the most well rounded workout imaginable. All in all, I feel so lucky to be a member of this community where the teachers, staff, and fellow students celebrate every win. They even make signs for you at each 50 class milestone! I love this studio and the entire staff, and I hope it's here forever.

“Have you tried Pvolve?”
 “You’ve GOT to try Pvolve.”
“OMG, have you tried Pvolve?”
“PLEASE come with me to Pvolve!”
“You will LOVE Pvolve.” Over the past year (and then some), I’ve had so many friends ask me if I’ve tried Pvolve, and others insist that I absolutely must try it. So, I finally did. I don’t know why I waited so long. I’m hooked. I’ve been a longtime (15-year) barre girl. And while I still am, I loooove augmenting it with Pvolve. It’s the cardio and strength training I’ve been missing. When friends who haven’t tried it ask what it’s like, it’s hard to explain. I’ve heard people say it’s like standing Pilates—but that doesn’t quite apply to the weight-training classes. Sometimes it feels a little like an ’80s aerobics class, but that might set the wrong impression. Honestly, I don’t know how to explain it other than it’s fast-paced, fun, challenging, and effective. The variety of class formats is amazing. The instructors are incredible—the way they balance, lift, crunch, and cue without skipping a beat. I’m awestruck by their ability to demonstrate and lead at the same time. And the staff… I’m not even sure where to begin. Each person is nicer than the next—so welcoming, so supportive, so professional. I’m actually writing this quickly before heading off to class, and I can’t wait. It’s that kind of thing. The kind of workout you look forward to, and the one you don’t get tired of. Try it. Try all the classes—a Strength & Sculpt, a Progressive Weight, and a Sculpt & Burn. You won’t regret it!
