Pvolve is the best workout I have ever done! I am absolutely hooked on this method, the instructors, and the studio! Two years ago I went to my first class in West Hollywood, and I was blown away. Finally a workout that does it all - functional strength training, cardio, variety, and no damage to your joints! You can literally do a class every single day and each day, the routine is totally different while still being challenging and fun. The West Hollywood studio is centrally located on Melrose Avenue just east of La Cienega. The studio is bright, cheerful, clean, and inviting, and the signature Pvolve mats ensure you're never vying for space like in some workout classes. The specialized equipment Pvolve uses ensures that this is a workout like no other, and you move in every plane of motion to get the most well rounded workout imaginable. All in all, I feel so lucky to be a member of this community where the teachers, staff, and fellow students celebrate every win. They even make signs for you at each 50 class milestone! I love this studio and the entire staff, and I hope it's here forever.
