Our signature class blends low-impact exercises with our resistance tools to build strength, mobility and stability.

SCULPT: CARDIO

Combines the targeted sculpting exercises in Sculpt with cardio bursts for a dynamic, full-body workout.

WEIGHT TRAINING

A mix of heavy weight training and functional movements to build muscle, rev up your metabolism, and improve bone density.

SCULPT: CORE

A focus on deep core activation with a combination of mat work and Pvolve's functional movement.

I had my first Pvolve class with Michelle on September 1st. I loved the workout and she was a great instructor. The studio is very new, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Not exactly what I thought this was be. You wear shoes to this workout and it is not heated. There is also a mat provided. I am used to a different type of sculpt. It was a good workout that made me sore. I am curious though if the stuff they do is actually clinically proven like they said.

I’m genuinely obsessed with the workouts and trainers at PVOLVE Potomac. I used to think intense HIIT classes were the only way to get a “real” workout, but after years of injuries, I realized my body needed something smarter and more sustainable. PVOLVE has completely changed the way I train. Their approach to functional fitness — using bands, weights, sliders, slant boards, and more — is challenging in the best way while still feeling intentional and supportive of long-term strength and mobility. If you want workouts that push you while also improving the way your body moves and feels in everyday life, I can’t recommend this studio enough.
