Combines the targeted sculpting exercises in Sculpt with cardio bursts for a dynamic, full-body workout.

A mix of heavy weight training and functional movements to build muscle, rev up your metabolism, and improve bone density.

A focus on deep core activation with a combination of mat work and Pvolve's functional movement.

First time taking a PVOLVE class. I enjoyed the low impact, functional exercise that engages your entire body and activating your core to sculpt and strengthen your body by mimicking daily life movements. Their grid and other proprietary equipment helps you to position your body so that the muscles are activated for that specific exercise. I like that it is not yoga, barre or pilates. It is an intimate group class where your instructor is engaging, helps make adjustments throughout the class while continuing to encourage all along with playing lively and fun music. I could us a quick stretch or two during class given the exercises are specific to engaging muscles to help draw out lactic acid. I wish there was a studio closer to me - will have to check out their on-demand digital subscription for at home workouts. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love their open locker room area stocked with body & hair refreshment items to use. No showers but there are private bathrooms. Hope to come back again soon to try a different class.

I can’t say enough good things about Pvolve! From the moment you walk in, the environment is so welcoming and positive, everyone is incredibly kind and supportive! The instructors truly care and create a space where you feel comfortable and motivated. The workouts themselves are fun, engaging, and never repetitive. Each class feels different, which keeps things interesting and challenging in the best way. It’s a great mix of effective and enjoyable, and I actually look forward to going every time. Highly recommend!

This was my first time taking a class like this and I had such a great experience! From the moment I arrived, Janine was so welcoming and kind. I was given a quick tour and was able to jump right in right away. I’d recommend arriving about 5–10 minutes early just to be safe, especially if it’s your first time. I really enjoyed that the class was low impact, which was perfect since it was my rest day. I was definitely sweating by the end! My hips and glutes were burning lol I did realize I wore the wrong shoes, but now I know for next time. The studio was very clean and had such a fun, upbeat vibe. Ondrea, the instructor was amazing, so encouraging, energetic, and fun. I absolutely loved her energy and the class flew by so quickly. I also appreciated the towels and lockers. One small note is that for certain exercises, the floor squares felt a bit close together, but there was enough space for us to spread out comfortably. I could see it being a little tighter in a completely full class. As for parking, I took a 9:30 a.m. Sunday class and had no issues, though I imagine it might get busier later in the day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend it. I’d love to bring my friends. This would be such a fun class to do together ☺️

As a girl in her 20s who is in the gym almost every day, I often get bored and need to find something else that is fun, but also benefits my body. My mom loves Pvolve and recommeneded I try Pvolve Waterfront. I am very picky when it comes to new workout places. With that being said I had my first Pvolve class about a couple months ago and I have been OBSESSED with it since. It is an amazing workout class and the workouts themselves push your body but do not break your body. Another thing that makes this place incredible is the community. The two owners Jeanine and Whitney are two amazing women that make you feel welcomed and at home when you walk into the studio. Their trainers are also AMAZING. Most classes I take are with the lead trainer Ondrea. Ondrea is always there to correct your form and to make sure you get the most out of their 50 minute workouts. She is also always there to motivate when you need a little pick-me-up during class. Overall Pvolve Scottsdale Waterfront has become my new workout-home on the weekends and I couldn't be more greatful for that. :)
