TAKE! THIS! CLASS! Obsessed with the workout, it kicks your butt! But it’s so fun and Corinne was just a beyond amazing instructor! She’s interactive, has a magnetic personality, has so much uplifting energy, and makes sure your form is right!

Functional fitness with more intensity and strength than barre or Pilates. I had class with Katie - who is a real treasure. Not only does she prompt and model the movements proficiently but she has an extremely supportive and balanced approach to fitness and movement. If you get a chance book her class!

I really loved my first experience here!! It’s more of a women-dominated space but I felt very comfortable as a guy. The trainer and the front desk staff were so kind and welcoming to me. In terms of the class, I thought it was great to exercise some of the muscles I don’t normally use in the HIIT classes I’ve taken. This was a lot more lower impact, but because it was so focused on the form, I did feel like I was making more progress than at a place like Barry’s or OT. I will be back!

Pvolve is a fun yet challenging workout that I've been doing for the last year with the Nashville studio. Each class is different, incorporating a base set of moves but challenged depending on the equipment utilized that day. The space is great, staff is incredible, and workouts will kick your butt (in a good way). The parking garage can be challenging at times but the studio validates, always a plus!
