I love Pvolve Walnut Creek! The focus on strength and balance is exactly what my body needs. After taking over 100 classes, I can honestly say no two classes are ever the same. Every session is challenging, thoughtfully designed, and constantly changing so it never gets boring. The staff is hands-down the friendliest, most welcoming group you could ask for. Such a supportive, positive studio.

I've attended 100 PVOLVE classes as of today, and I look forward to them 3 times a week. I always leave feeling like I had a good workout challenging my strength and mobility without feeling outrageously sore or fatigued. I started my PVOLVE journey as cross-training for a marathon, but even after running my marathon, I just had to continue. I have a desk job, so PVOLVE helps me combat muscle tightness and aches from sitting all day while remaining toned. The classes are welcoming for people of different levels of athleticism because exercises can be modified and weights can be adjusted (2-15lbs for free weights, up to 35lbs for resistance bands). I highly recommend this method!

Julia’s classes are absolute fire. I always leave with an imprint of my sweat on the mat—and a huge sense of accomplishment. I have been going to the Walnut Creek Pvolve studio since it opened last year and let me tell you, it's fantastic! The method, the people, the trainers, all of it! I don't usually stick to a gym or workout schedule and I have many injuries so finding the right type of work out is tricky for me, but this method has been amazing for my mind, body and spirit.
