Combines the targeted sculpting exercises in Sculpt with cardio bursts for a dynamic, full-body workout.

Love, love this work out! PVOLVE is challenging and effective yet it doesn’t feel like punishment the way HIIT sometimes does. I still love a HIIT class and other intense work outs like Lagree and the cool thing is now that I have been incorporating PVOLVE into my routine for the last 6 months I can give more in the other work outs and have less injuries. Also- my balance has improved and I believe that if I am consistent with PVOLVE, I will age better and be less prone to falling in my golden years. It also incorporates moves that you typically don’t do in work outs but we do in our every day life which help improve mobility. The team at PVOLVE Del Mar is also lovely- all the front desk girls and Nicole, the manager is the best. The instructors are all wonderful- especially Katie, Eva and Aubrey.

Incredible! I was hesitant to try Pvolve for a while thinking it would be boring working out on a mat, but the classes are so much fun and always so different because of the equipment, instructors, music and even the lighting all adding to the experience. Aubrey is the BEST!!! So motivational and funny. I love the pace, precision, balance and focus needed for the workouts. Demanding, effective and I feel fantastic after every class. The studio is clean and everyone is very friendly. Highly recommend!

Very effective stability, flexibility and strength...but be prepared to feel the pain. Not an easy go with the flow addition to anyone's exercise repertoire. You may need some self-hype to get through it. Recommend trying just strength n not weights added for your first class. Not for the meek, but really works the core and hip flexibility. You will work up a sweat

I am a huge fan of Pvolve! The functional movement, working muscles I can never seem to work myself, and the great playlists keep me coming back. I already see a positive difference—I would highly recommend!!
